Send for Signature and Track contract within HubSpot

Get complete visibility of your customers' interactions. Know when your customers open your contracts, the time it takes for them to respond with a signature, and the journey in between. This add-on provides real-time visibility into the contract's progression from 'Viewed' to 'Completed’

Step 1: Access the 'Signeasy' add-on from various HubSpot object

  • Go to HubSpot and open any Contact, Company, or Deal record. 
  • You will find the 'Signeasy' CRM card in the right navigation panel(scroll down to in the panel to find the add-on)
  • For first-time users, click 'Authenticate' and enter your 'Signeasy' credentials.
  • Click on ‘Send for Signature’ to initiate a signature request

Step 2: Choose the template you’d like to use, assign your recipients and enter other details. 

  • At this stage, you can also select 'Original' by uploading documents available in your drive

  • Then review your document and make any necessary changes to customize it for your recipient or any changes on the template.


Step 3: Go to the 'Signeasy' card in your HubSpot record to track the status of your contract.

  • At this stage, you can 'Send Reminder' to your recipients, void a transaction or even 'download' signed files and audit trail certificates for completed transaction.
  • You can also view the signer details and the respective status in the signing journey.





If the 'Contact'is associated with multiple 'Deal' or 'Company', that needs to be selected prior to sending a signature request.
